Description

This is a spreading perennial which is ideal for ground cover; the foliage is produced in rosettes. The flowers produce yellow to cream blooms. This plant is often found in the wild in Northern Europe. STEM: Upright or turns upright. ROOT: Fibrous, with tiny nodules. HAIRS: Short, silky. STIPULES: Present, small, soon fall. LEAF-STALK: Short or absent. BRACTS: 2, leafy, several leaflets. FLOWER STALK: Mostly absent. SEPALS: 5, bases joined, inflated, woolly, teeth short, unequal.
