Description

A spreading evergreen shrub and is the most widely grown species. Grows to a height of 1.5m. Bright green healthy foliage is linear and to 3cm. Profuse pink, star-shaped flowers appear in spring. Many forms are cultivated in various pink shades. ‘Compactum’ is a compact form. ‘Sunset Gold’ has bright yellow foliage, light pink flowers and is popularly grown.
