Description

By far the most commonly grown of the Skimmias this is a very slow growing plant that never gets too large for the border. The small glossy dark green leaves provide all year round interest in the shrub border. The flowerbuds look like pink flowers and slowly develop during late autumn before finally opening to reveal the small white flowers in late winter.

This compact variety has glossy, medium green leaves with red edges, and pinkish-red flowers in mid autumn to early winter.
